This game is very fast and it implies a lot of body contact because the defender has to stop the attacker from throwing the ball in their court. Body contact is only allowed when players from opposite teams are in front of each other. It si very important to know this because any contact that comes from behind the player or from the side is not allowed and if it happens the team gets into trouble. If the defender succeeds in the attack and gets the ball the game of the team who has the ball starts from that very point or in some cases from the 9 meter line. Unlike other games where you have a limited of faults admitted in handball you can have as many faults are you want because it is considered defense.

In handball is is very easy to score point which is why a team can score about 20 point or more in a game.  At times a team can score even 30 point per game.

As far as the field is concerned it is similar to a soccer field when it is played indoors. On the coat the teams have to follow some rules:

• A player can not hold the ball in his hands for more than thee seconds
• A player can not take more than three steps without dribbling when he has the ball in his hands
• After the three seconds are up the player has to pass or shoot

This is the wonderful handball game which we all know and appreciate. It is a very popular sport especially in Europe. It is a team sports which means that it is very important to know the rules when watching or when playing the game.

Here we are going to present to you the basic rules of the game such as face offs and penalties, they are the most important rules you have to take into consideration during a game.

We are going to start with face offs. They stand for five circles on the ice: we have two in front of each net, two on each side of the court and one in the middle. The game begins with two players which are positioned in the center of the court standing face to face. In extreme cases the player can be suspended for several games, but that is the call of a commission which evaluates the entire situation.

• The court

Tennis like all sports is played on a special field. The court for the tennis sport is 23.77 m in length and 8.23 m wide. The field is divided into two equal pieces with a net which is set in place at the ends with the help of two metal posts which must not be more than 2.5 cm above the net and more than 15 cm in diameter.

• Fixtures

The fixtures of the court must be permanent and they must include the following: the net, cord, side and back stops, single sticks, the stands, posts and two seats which can be fixed or movable.

• The tennis ball

In order for a tennis ball to be approved by a commission it must respect the following rules:

-the color of the ball must be white or yellow

-the cover of the ball must be made from fabric and it must be uniform

-the ball must not be heavier than 59.4 grams

• The tennis racket

In order to play this sport you need a tennis racket and like the ball it needs to be made according to some rules and standards, and they are:

• the hitting are must be flat and should it should be made out of crossed strings attached to the frame of the racket
• the cross strings must form a pattern which must be uniform and the same in all areas
• the playing characteristics of a racket must be the same on both sides
• the frame of the racket must not be more than 73.66 cm in length and it must not be wider than 31.75 cm
• the hitting are must not be more than 39.37 cm in length and 29.21 cm wide
• the handlebar must not have attached elements on it, only those who are used to limit vibration or prevent tear are accepted
• no source of energy must be connected to the racket

The volleyball game usually starts with a serving of the ball by one player who is situated at the back of the field over the net and into the receiver’s court. The receivers must make sure that once the ball is on their court it does not touch the ground because if it does the other team will gain points. The team receiver is allowed to touch the ball only three times. In a normal game those three times are divided as such: the first two are for attack at the last one is for directing the ball back to the other team’s court.

If you are a beginner in this game as a start you only have to know two things: that there are 12 players on the court and that the first team who gains 25 points wins.

Now we are going to talk a little about positions because they are very important in volleyball game. Each team has six players: three in the front and three in the back. Here are the rules of serving:

• A serve is always done from the back line
• Each serve must be made by hitting the ball with you hand
• The ball is allowed to touch the net on its way to the other side of the court but it is not allowed to cross outside the antenna or over the antenna
• Once the ball has been put in motion the players can move on the court freely, they can even go outside of the court if the need to
• A serve is never allowed to touch the roof
• The ball can b hit with any part of the body except when it is served, you can only use your hands then
• Each team has the possibility to send the ball back to the other court by hitting the ball only three times
• A single player is not allowed to hit the ball two times in a row

The goal of the game is to go from putting ground to putting ground and put the ball in the hole with the smallest number of strokes. An entire game consists of 18 holes. You have the possibility to play the game in two ways: you can choose to play by counting the number of holes won and lost or you can choose to play by counting the number of strokes you do in order to finish the game.

• When a player is making a stroke you should not talk , move or stand close to him
• Never start your game if a group is in front of you, wait until the ground is clear
• Never stay on the putting green if all the members in your group have holed out, you should clear the area

• Never step on another player´s putt
• Always replace the divots
• Make sure that you do not drop one of you clubs on the putting green
• When you replace the flagstick do it with great care

Now we are going to move on to some general points about golf. In order to have a smooth and uneventful game you must follow some basic rules:

• Start off by reading the Local rules which are displayed on the score card
• Write your name or make an identification sign on your ball so it does not get lost. Many golfers play with the same brand of balls that you may use and you can not tell which is yours then it is lost
• Never bring too many clubs with you, the maximum number allowed is 14
• Do not ask for help during the game to other people except you partner or your caddie
